- Scope of Application
These terms apply to all bookings made through our website for Los Andantes. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms. - Bookings and Payments
Bookings are made via our online system. A valid credit card or prepayment may be required to guarantee your stay.
Pricing: We apply seasonal pricing. Rates for high season and low season are displayed during the booking process and are binding at the time of reservation. - Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans on the Camino can change. Our policy is:
Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking free of charge until 5:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Late Cancellation & No-Show: If you cancel after 5:00 PM or do not show up, a fee of 100% of the first night (or the total booking value) will be charged. - Identity Verification (Mandatory Registration)
In accordance with Spanish law (Organic Law 4/2015), all guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID (Passport, National ID card, or Driver’s License) upon arrival. We are legally obligated to register your personal details with the local authorities (Guardia Civil or PolicÃa Nacional). Failure to provide a valid ID will result in a denial of check-in without a refund. - Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: From 4:30 PM. If you arrive earlier, you may be able to store your luggage.
Check-out: No later than 9:00 AM (09:00h). This allows us to prepare the beds for the next pilgrims. - Hostel Rules
Quiet Hours: To ensure everyone gets enough rest for the next stage of the Camino, quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Dormitory Etiquette:Â Please be respectful of other guests in the shared dormitory.
Bar: Use of the on-site bar is subject to separate opening hours. - Liability
The hostel is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings. We recommend using the lockers provided. - Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The place of jurisdiction is Pamplona/Leon.
